I am Dr. Amritha Sabu, a qualified Ayurveda doctor from Kerala. With over a decade of experience in Ayurvedic medicine, I specialize in creating safe, effective, and natural formulations rooted in classical Ayurveda. My work blends traditional wisdom with modern care to offer holistic solutions for everyday wellness.
